Saint-Gobain held a one-day workshop in Lagos, Nigeria, on September 14, presenting innovative solutions to install and finish plasterboard partitions.

The event gave Saint-Gobain an opportunity to introduce an alternative to traditional building methods that ensures thermal and acoustic comfort, fire safety, quality aesthetic, ease of installation and sustainability.

More than 70 building professionals - including developers, project owners, architects, engineers, installers and distributors - took part in the event, where they met Saint-Gobain representatives from Ghana, South Africa and France.

In partnership with a local Gyproc plasterboard distributor, the Group will be displaying its solutions in a showroom due to open soon in Lagos.
