The Engineering Graduate Programme is designed to support the appropriate development of mechanical, electrical and process engineering skills in order to support a global career as a Plant Engineer. The programme is a structured 24 – 36 month programme which is designed to address the development of business knowledge, application of technical skills and experience within the plant for the graduate. The programme is designed to meet the Government Compliance Certificate criteria and support the Professional Engineering candidacy requirements as far as possible. We run an annual graduate intake process which culminates in the appointment of high calibre talent into a number of graduate development programmes across the operational value chain.
