OUR RECRUITMENT PROCESSES

Learn more about our recruitment processes, what happens at the various stages and what is expected both of you and of us.

Step 1:

A recruiter will contact you to discuss the position and screen you for the position.

If you do not hear from us within 2 weeks of submitting your application, please accept that you have not been successful.

 

Step 2:

You will then be invited to participate in an interview. 

For the first interview, please remember to bring along the following documents: 

  • latest payslip
  • highest academic certificate
  • reference list (2)
  • samples or a portfolio (if applicable to the role)

 

Any candidate who was unsuccessful in the first interview will be regretted within 3 - 5 days working days of the interview.

 

Step 3:

Candidates will be invited to complete psychometric assessments.

They should ideally complete them within 3 working days of receiving the assessment link.

 

Step 4:

A representative from the Saint-Gobain recruitment team will invite you to participate in a second interview (not applicable to all recruitment processes and/ or may occur before assessments).

Any candidate who was unsuccessful in the second interview will be regretted within the 3 - 5 days of the interview.

 

Step 5:

Verification checks will be conducted for the successful candidate.

 

Step 6:

The successful candidate will get an offer of employment.
