It is glazed with 33 000 m2 of Saint-Gobain SKN754 II & ST 120 glass on its façade and skylight. The neutral solar control glass has an attuned combination of active solar protection, high light transmittance and excellent heat protection. To achieve the required acoustic control, about 16 000 m2 of Saint-Gobain Gyproc Rigitone 8/18 Quattro ceiling tiles were used. Nine Huet acoustic and fire rated doors complete the office spaces. They offer up to 37dB acoustic protection and a fire rating of 30 minutes, tested to international standards. 39 000 square meters Saint-Gobain Isover Ductwrap was used to insulate the HVAC ducts and provide energy efficiency in the building’s air circulation system. The floors were treated with Saint-Gobain Weber WB270 self-levelling screed prior to tile fixing and Ultraflex on access flooring was applied for structural movement. Plaskey and Key-It were used for wet area walls, and multiple other Weber adhesives were supplied to suit the varying tile types across the building. View building's progress here.
